Mr. Richard Strickland is a 30+ year Navy Veteran with extensive experience in both Joint and Service Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat, and Intelligence Systems (C5I). As a Navy Operations Surface Limited Duty Officer with demonstrated expert technical and operations knowledge, he was specifically detailed to serve multiple tours within C5I disciplines. His knowledge and experience provide for expert analysis, engineering, and test and evaluation support across the C5I realm.

Mr. Strickland qualified as Surface Warfare Officer, Integrated Undersea Sea Service, Tactical Action Officer, and Master Training Specialist. He is a 2008 graduate of Columbia Southern University, earning a BS in Business with emphasis in project Management.
